"Nagi"
Nagi was turned over to PCF Rescue by the local dog warden who found many
neglected dogs caged in a "back-yard breeders" basement. All were
un-socialized, very hand shy and frightened.
Nagi appears to be around 2 years of age, the shelter said she was black and
tan, but could be a fawn with a black overlay and cream markings.
Nagi is now in a foster home in north-western PA. where she is being
evaluated. She will be completely vetted, all shots as well as spayed
before being adopted out. More information will be posted as to her
progress in adjusting to living in a home instead of a basement cage.
Foster homes are ALWAYS needed. For more information on adopting Nagi -- contact Audrey --

"Cocoa"
|

Cocoa is a chocolate & tan with a bit of white, 4 pound, long coat
Chihuahua female. She was a year old in May (DOB: 05-28-05) -- and was
returned to her breeder as the new owner could not housebreak her. She is
on the shy side, very timid around strangers until she gets to know you.
She takes a long time to warm up to new friends. She is very loving and
sweet, however, she will need plenty of time to adjust.
All Cocoa's shots are up to date, she is heartworm negative, has been spayed.
Because of her size, I will not place her in a home with other dogs over
8-10 pounds, naturally, another Chihuahua would be ideal, nor will I place
her in a home with young children -- adult home preferred. More details
will be posted after we evaluate her personality.
Contact Cocoa's foster Mom, Audrey -- Audrianne@Voyager.net for an
Application to Adopt. Home visit -- Adoption Donation -- (her expenses) --
Adoption Contract -- References Required. Cocoa would be picked up at my
home in Mentor, Ohio, east of Cleveland. I do not ship or transport!!!!

"Muneca"
|
Muneca -- (Mew-NECK-ah) -- is Spanish for Doll -- Yes, she is a little doll, a little DEVIL doll -- at only 10 pounds, she is so full of IT -- she has no idea how little she is -- but will charge at any dog, any size. With this attitude, our little Dolly will need to be the only "child" in the family -- no dogs, no cats, no kids. Dolly has TONS of energy, and is very sweet and loving with people.
Little Dolly Muneca, was pulled from an Ohio shelter by PCF Rescue as she is toy aggressive. She has been wormed, is heartworm negative, has all her shots and is spayed. She is fawn in color and 3 years of age. We will microchip her in another week. As of, 09-23-06 she is now with foster Mom, Liz -- dogresq@wcnet.org -- in Bowling Green, OH (near Toledo) -- more details will be posted as we evaluate this little darling.

"Lola"
|
Lola was abandoned at a local shelter in their night drop box. Our Vet
feels she might be 7 or 8 years of age. When she arrived she had severe
skin dermatitis, probably due to fleas, she's reddish fawn in color with a
self mask and weighs 12 pounds.
All her shots are up to date, booster, parvo, rabies, she was wormed, tested
heart worm negative and is spayed. Lola has a wonderful personality, she is
loving and gentle. She is housetrained and a little lap dog. Really just
too sweet and still full of life to be thrown away like garbage. She has
many good years ahead of her -- who will show her the best is yet to
come?
Lola is in southern Ohio with foster Mom, Teresa --
peltierpx@earthlink.net -- if you would like to make Lola part of your
household, please send an email for an Application to Adopt to:
Audrianne@Voyager.net -- Home visit, Adoption Donation, Adoption Contract,

"Beau"
Beau is a 3 year old, 17 pound, black Pekingese male that was
owner-surrendered to their local shelter as he snapped at their 4 year old
child. Since Beau does not appreciate young children, we will only place
him in an adult home, no children, no grandchildren.
Beau arrived badly
matted and flea infested. We will watch his stool for the passing of tape
worms due to the fleas, only when they are passing the worms, can he be
wormed. He had a Capstar flea tablet given, and Advantage applied. He will
be professionally groomed shortly. The owners said he was housebroken and
usually had a very friendly, loving personality.
Beau has been completely vetted through PCF Rescue. He has all his shots,
booster, parvo, rabies, bordetella, he has been wormed and is heart-worm
negative. His teeth were cleaned, he has been microchipped -- 24PetWatch and
he was neutered.
Until he is adopted or a perm foster home can be obtained, Beau will be with
foster Mom, Teresa -- peltierpx@earthlink.net -- in Waverly, Ohio (south of
Columbus).

"Chloe"
Chloe, Maltese female, was born on Jan. 9, 2005, thus a year and a half old. She is tiny at 6 pounds and white in color. Purchased from a pet shop to be used for breeding, she's had very little training on how to live in a house. She is very sweet and loving and will piddle when you pick her up, she craves attention.
Chloe is not housebroken, she was trained to use wee pads. Chloe arrived matted to the skin and full of fleas. Her legs were matted so badly, we could not find her feet or toes at first, they were just one huge clump of hair. All shots are now up to date, booster, parvo and rabies. She is heartworm negative and on preventative, she was spayed on 07-13-06 and microchipped. Chloe is now ready for her "forever" home.
If you have the time to give this little one all the attention she has lacked in the past, please contact her foster Mom, Audrey -- Audrianne@Voyager.net for an Application to Adopt. Home Visit, Adoption Donation (her expenses) Adoption Contract, References Required. Chloe would need to be picked up at my home in Mentor, Ohio -- I do NOT ship or transport.
