Meet Damien, an 11 month old Golden Retriever mix. He is a super sweet puppy who gets along well with other dogs and horses. He is great on a leash and with all kinds of people. There are no strangers to him. He deserves a loving home as he had parvo when I first found him. After lots of time, money, and prayers he came out of it fine. He is now completely healthy and UTD on shots. He will be neutered prior to adoption and has also started clicker training. Damien has a long feathery coat and huge paws. He is a lover and will make a great family pet. Damien is located in Strawberry Plains, TN.
The top photo is Damien at 10 weeks when he got home from the vet after going through his parvo treatment. The smaller photos are Damien at 10 and 11 months.

My husband and I rescued a Shepard mix dog, named Whiskey on a US Army Military camp in Doha, Qatar. We are currently stationed in the Middle East and have rescued/re-homed many cats since being here. Three weeks ago we rescued a Shepard mix on-post. There are no facilities available in the local area to house rescued dogs, and we unfortunately are unable to take in another dog. Whiskey will most likely be euthanized if he cannot find a home.
Whiskey is very friendly 1 1/2 year old Shepard mix. He is great with people and is learning commands quickly. He is kennel-trained and loves to sleep and chew his treats in the kennel. Whiskey does not like other dogs and likes to chase cats. He would be great in a one-pet household. He is house broken and will let you know when he needs to go outside. Whiskey walks beautifully on a lease and would make a good running companion. Whiskey has had all his vaccinations and has been neutered. We are willing to fly him back to the States if we can find a good home for him.

This is Pepper. I rescued Pepper from the Wylie Animal Shelter as she was
due to be euthanized. She is such a great dog. Pepper is a young, 1 -1.5
yr old, female, Catahoula Lepoard mix. She knows basic commands, is house
broken, crate trained, knows how to use the doggie door, rides well in a
car, loves the dog park, gets along well with other dogs of all sizes, is
cat tolerant, and loves kids.
Pepper is full of energy. She is spayed, up
to date on shots, and is on heartworm and flee preventative. She is a very
sweet and loving girl. Adoption fee is $100. Pepper would do best with an
active person or other dogs.
Hi my name is Six I'm a Labrador retriever pit bull mix. I am 4 years old. I have had a hard life. As a puppy I was given to a man who ended up abusing me. I never got enough food because the older larger dog would bite me when I went to eat. My breeder took me away from that situation and brought me to his home again. Unfortanly, I always had to be kept outside because his other dogs and I did not get along. I'm kept outside and I hate it because it's too hot.
Despite being abused and having a hard life, Iím a lovable, caring guy and
quite handsome (just look at my picture.) I just dream of a furever home where
I can play, run, eat good food, get lots of treats and lots of love. A place where
I can return that love with all my heart. Can you be the person/family I am looking
for? For more information contact Kim at 215-676-3318 or email at email@example.com. Six is up to date on shots and has been neutered. He needs to be the only pet

Cheyenne was rescued off a chain which she had twisted around herself so much she only had a two foot length to move around with. She had no shelter, frozen water, no food and the owner was out of town for months. I guess someone was checking on her.
It took Cheyenne about 6 months to come around - she trotted everywhere - no running - then one day zoom!! She is housebroken, spayed, current on shots, and very smart!! She can open the front door on her own.
Cheyenne is a beautiful healer - very standard. She loves children, other dogs, cats. The only thing she doesn't like is car rides.

Murphy (sometimes known as Possum) is a lively and lovable 10 pound adult
neutered male mix, perhaps Maltese and terrier. He was rescued from a public
shelter a year ago, and we posted this picture of him back then. Sadly, the
person who adopted him from us has to move and can't find a place that will
accept all her pets. So little Murphy is coming back to us and hopes to
find a really-forever home this time.
We're told that Murphy has had no health problems and no housebreaking
problems in the last year. He had many teeth removed last year, because of
previous neglect, but he has had no trouble eating since then! Murphy has
been living with a larger dog and a cat and did fine with them. But we
prefer that his future adopters have no more than one other pet, and we
would prefer that they own their home, so that he doesn't get left behind
again. And because of his tiny size, we prefer homes without small
children, even though we haven't seen any snappishness or aggression from
him. He's just a cute and funny tiny little guy!
Potential adopters should be within driving distance of Sacramento, CA.
Written application, home visit and adoption fee required. (Revised 8/11/04.)
Murphy is even cuter than before! Unfortunately it was
discovered that he had injured his knee just before being returned to us.
We had it surgically repaired right away. After a recuperation period,
little Murphy is expected to recover fully.

Shues is a 4 year old, 16.5 pound, neutered male. Shues craves attention and loves people! He would do best as an only dog in a home with children over 5 years of age or an adult only home. Shues walks well on leash and needs frequent potty breaks to prevent accidents.

Jericho is an 11 month old (as of 1/03) male Labrador/German Shorthair Pointer mix. He is not very large, about 70lbs and is not expected to get much larger. He has great markings and his coat is a beautiful chocolate color. He is extremely friendly, outgoing and playful. He can be a little mouthy when he plays but a little attention and training would correct this. He would make an excellent addition to an active family. He is good with other dogs and cats.
Jericho's adoption fee is $200. He is neutered, wormed, and vaccinated. Adopters must live with 150 miles of Chicago. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for more info.
