#3-9-1801 is an adult female, brown tiger DSH who was brought in as a stray on 3-2 from E. Idaho. This one is a mover and it is hard to take a picture of a moving target.
This cat is in the
Flathead County Animal Control in Kalispell, Montana. Their hours are 11AM - 4PM Tuesday through Saturday. (There are many other cats needing homes there too)

"Snuggles"

This is Snuggles, a 1 1/2 yr old male persian. Very sweet.
He is now shaved because he had alot of mats in his long beautiful coat that we could not get out without shaving him. He's a little guy under all that hair!

"Speedy"

Speedy is a 2 year old, neutered male, black & white cat. When he first arrived, Speedy ran around the cat room very fast and for a very long time which earned him the name "speedy." He has since settled down and enjoys resting in a soft cat bed. Speedy is a talkative cat, always letting people know he's here and waiting to be petted. He is a social cat and enjoys the company of people.

"Sissy"

Don't be fooled by her grumpy expression in her photo, Sissy is a real sweetheart! She is a dark calico, approximately 1 year old. She has a soft coat and is quite pretty. Sissy is a fairly quiet, mellow cat and almost never gets into mischeif. She likes to be petted and enjoys catnapping in warm, cozy spots. Sissy is not particular about who adopts her, she just wants a loving home of her own.

"Shadow"

Shadow is a 1 year old, neutered male. He was surrendered by his owner because she wanted an outdoor cat and Shadow wanted to live indoors. Apparently he would knock at the windows begging to be let in and dash in the front door whenever it was opened! He is very sweet and loves to be loved. Shadow is a large, handsome cat with unique gray & white coloring. He has a regal, dignified appearance. He is gentle and has a friendly, social personality. Shadow would make an excellent family pet ...his only request is that he be allowed to live indoors.

"Jake"

Jake is a 10 month old, neutered male. He is not a large cat and keeps a trim figure. He is much more handsome in person than he is in his picture. Jake is quite social and enjoys the company of humans. He likes to be petted and will rub against you affectionately. He tolerates other cats, but does not really like them Jake would like to be adopted as an "only cat," so he doesn't have to share your attention. He is past the kitten-crazies stage, but still is active and playful. Jake hopes to find a new, loving home soon.

"Owen"

Owen is a 2 year old, neutered male. This photo was taken when he first arrived at the shelter. He was feeling a little nervous then, but he has since become Mr. Personality. He is affectionate and likes to be petted. If you're not paying enough attention to him, Owen may give a quiet meow to remind you to love on him. He likes to keep track of things in the cat room, and often can be seen strutting about and being nosey. Owen will make an excellent family pet.

"Josie"

Josie is a small, 1 year old, black cat. She appears to be a
Burmese/Domestic Shorthair mix, sometimes known as a Bombay. Josie is a talkative cat and has the voice of a Burmese. She is very energetic and likes to stalk toys and strings. Josie is happiest when she is playing. She is not a lap cat and prefers people play with her rather than petting. Josie gets along well with dogs, but has never been around other cats. She is not a good pet for young children because she tends to play rough. Josie would like a home with adults or older children who are willing to entertain her.
