"Monkey"
Monkey & Coconut
(6 Mo Old Lilac Mix Brothers)
These brothers were rescued and brought over
from Japan.

Monkey is a great little guy with a super friendly personality. He has ridiculously crossed eyes of deep blue and has blue points on a fat creamy-colored body. He is actually growing a Buddha paunch since he was neutered. He has all shots, negative for feline aids/leukemia, and growing fast. He is outgoing, outspoken, and absolutely horrible about raiding the trash bin for wet food cans. Monkey has an unusual tail (It is about half the length of a normal cat tail because the upper end is wrapped in a corkscrew kink). Almost all the cats on Okinawa have a bend or kink or club tail of some sort and it is not from getting tortured as young ones. He really looks to have a Monkey's tail. Only potential problem is that he sometimes takes a grab of hands and feet when he is looking for attention. It only bothers me when I am trying to sleep 8-).

"Coconut"

Coconut is the smallest of the two. He is a little shy but does purr and likes to be touched... Although he will take a little nip at fingers occasionally while being stroked, he is not malicious so much as confused about appropriate behavior, I think.

Coconut has deep blue eyes and a normal tail ringed with blue stripes that match his ears. Coconut loves to sleep with me, purrs and does very well but I think he would be best placed in a home without children young enough to scare him. Coconut goes absolutely wild for his wet food and will overcome almost any obstacle to get it!!! (easy to train I would think!) Coconut is special, I was almost convinced he wouldn't come around because he was very feral but he is 100% better in that he purrs and feels comfortable around people, cats, and my two german shepherds (comfortable enough to eat out of their food bowls!!!) He will take some special people to handle him properly, but he doesn't do anything terrible, he is just shy.
