"Jackson Browne"
|
Jackson is a darling four year old peke boy who has been living in a kennel all his life. He loves people though and loves all the attention he can get. He is very well socialized. He gets along with other dogs also. He is a small size and has a face that could have taken him to the show ring. Gorgeous. Jackson is looking for a forever home with a special someone that has the patience to teach him the things he needs to learn about being a little house dog. If you are a peke lover looking for a furkid, consider Jackson, you won't be sorry. He is a keeper. Contact bonnwright@aol.com for an application to adopt.

"Captain Beefheart"
|
Captain is a pup whose life was saved by someone that purchased him from an amish puppymill. They didn't want him anymore and were going to shoot him. He is a bit shy but will come around now that he can learn to trust those around him. He is a nice looking minpin, caramel in color, I would say he weighs about 7 lbs. He will be neutered and brought up to date on shots before leaving for his new home. Captain is only 8 months old, so he has a long life ahead of him, thanks to his rescuer. Contact bonnwright@aol.com for more info and an application on Captain Beefheart.

"Sheena"
|
Sheena is a five year old bichon female that was released to our rescue from a commercial kennel. She is small for a bichon and appears strong and healthy. She will be spayed and up to date on shots and will have a dental before leaving for her new home. She is somewhat social and will let you pick her up. Not shy like many kennel dogs that are never touched. She has to learn how to walk on a leash and go up and down stairs. She has lived in a cage all her life and doesn't know anything else. If you think you can give Sheena a life as a house dog, contact us. She is a sweet dog with many years ahead of her.

Blondie is a six year old mini poodle girl, apricot in color. She is a retired breeder dog and is now looking for a home of her own where she can be a house dog. She is thin now. Blondie is housebroken to paper. If you could give sweet Blondie a home, contact us at bonnwright@aol.com for an application.

"Freddie Mercury"
|
Freddie is a all black mini poodle, weighs in about ten lbs. He has a very sweet disposition. He would love to share the couch with you. Freddie is pretty well housetrained and will go on newspaper or outside. I don't know much about his previous life but he did come already neutered. He has a beautiful thick black poodle coat but we will have to shave him because he was not brushed. It will grow back. He will be up to date on shots and will get his teeth cleaned before leaving for his new home. Only a forever home this time for Freddie

Peanut is a 2 year old female pekingese, owner surrendered by her family due to health problems. She came here with her sister and brother , all litter mates. They have never been apart but it may be too much to ask to keep them together. They are house broken and have wonderful playful personalities. They have always been well taken care of and have never been abused. Peanut lost an eye jumping off a deck, but she sees fine and has had no problems because of it.. "Rudger"
|
I have a jrt.. slightly larger than average, but still a small dog. We call
him Rudger. He's a yr old red and white with a red head sporting a white
diamond on the forehead. Docked tail and very handsome. He's super
friendly with adults.. suspicious of children, and a bit too bold with
strange dogs but once he knows them they play but he's a little pest so
needs an understanding pal. He's disciplined by a couple of females that
don't take to his boisterous play tactics, but he takes it. His best
playmate is an oversized cattledog about 4 times his weight. He likes to
pretend that he's wrestling this big guy.
He's all terrier and fit as can be.
