You know for an older gal, Booda still has "it" going for her. She is approximately 14 years old, spayed and full of action. Booda grunts, snuffles, snorts and even "woo-woo's" at the t.v. in typical Peke mix fashion. She is a very loving lady who has lost her only owner to disease. Yet she is willing to totally love other humans with her portly little body. Booda is crate trained and dog door trained, but her favorite place is by her human. She will sleep on the foot of your bed and keep those toes warm for you, but when she knows you are awake, watch out, she sneaks up for snuggles and you better give them!! Our sweet little energizer bunny . . . you need a running partner? Hiking partner? Looking for an excuse to just get off the couch and have fun? This is the girl for you! So full of energy and love -- she will drop and roll over for belly rubs when petted. Very intelligent and absolutely gorgeous. You have to see her to appreciate her beauty! Mr. Belandor was having a hard time getting along with the other male Pom in the house. He gets along great with female dogs but is not happy about sharing a home with another male. Not uncommon in the dog world. Otherwise, this little sprite, is happy, active, friendly and very playful. Loves to go for long walks and ride in vehicles - Belandor would be up for long trips! Very pretty light sable coat with grey/blue highlights beneath. He is 3, house broken, neutered and up to date with shots. Gets along great with cats and children -- just not sure about really young children/toddlers as he has never been around them.
This is one cutie-patootie that will easily steal your heart.

"Jesse" is a 7 year old neutered Pom who will soon see the Vet, be checked out and have his shots updated. He is house broken, dog door and crate trained, gentle, quiet, loves to be held, good with other dogs, kids and cats. He is shy around strangers, afraid of thunder and fireworks but will settle down quickly when held or crated. He loves to ride in the car so a "traveling home" would not upset him in the least.

 "Annie" is a 6 year old spayed, shots current Boston Terrier/Chihuahua mix. She is house, dog door and crate trained, good with other dogs, ignores cats and is a real gem. She weighs in at 20 pounds, is sweet, loving, gentle, loves to sit in laps and is "sturdy" due to the Boston part of her heritage. Born on January 31, 1997, Oliver is a 7 year old neutered Pekingese. He is completely housebroken. Oliver is definitely a lap dog and loves to have his belly rubbed. He gets along well with people, cats, and other small dogs. He would do well with a retired couple because he wants lots of attention. He likes to have a "treat" after going outside. Oliver would make a wonderful companion for anyone who is wanting a dog to spoil.

Gizmo is not the right dog for everyone. He loves other dogs and cats and must be placed with another young dog or two that loves to play, as he will play for hours. Being an only dog is not for him as he is very active and does not want to be a couch potato. Gizmo will only be placed with an adult family that is used to difficult Pekingese. Gizmo does not warm up to strangers and it will take the adopting family several weeks to have Gizmo adjust -- it will not be an overnight adjustment, patience and understanding will be needed. Gizmo is a great dog once he learns to accept you as "top" dog. Gizmo is in a foster home in Bowling Green, Ohio and his foster Mom, Liz will update his bio at a later date.
