Frankie is a beautiful bichon boy, with huge dark eyes and a brilliant white coat. He will be neutered and up to date on shots before going to his new home. Everything is new to LaLa, including being loose in a house, leashes and collars and getting attention from people that want to pet her and play with her. It is a happy, exciting time in her life but still she needs someone with patience, understanding and a commitment to making a home for her. LaLa is a friendly little dog that will learn to trust fast. She is a tad shy of strangers but not too bad. Kitty has cataracts in both eyes. She can still see enough to get around but does have limited vision. Kitty has lived in a cage all her life. She is looking for a home where she can be a house dog. Ginger has the markings of a Jack Russell Terrier, but we're not sure, and she will probably be bigger than the typical J.R. As of 11-12-03, she is about 9 weeks old and was dumped at the local WalMart. She is happy and wiggly and so cute! And she's ready for a family!! Omni is a sweet girl whos family had to give her up because of a move overseas. Omni is 5 yrs. old , spayed, very sweet, good with kids and cats and about 55lbs. Takai is a wonderful 6 yr. old neutered male shepherd and lab mix who was relinquished by his owners due to a move overseas. Hes about 24 inches tall and about 70#. Hes friendly with kids of all ages and gets along well with other dogs. He is housetrained, and knows "sit", "lay down" and "wait" and has good manners. He also knows some other fun commands like "wipe your feet" and "stay in camp". He loves camping and playing in water and lives to fetch the ball for you.  Byron is a 1-2-year old Basset-Beagle mix. He is one of the funniest, happiest, sweetest dogs I've had in my care. He actually has a sense of humor & loves to play tricks. He is wonderful with children & gets along well with other dogs & with cats. Byron is neutered, current on vaccinations, & heartworm preventative. This dog will make an awesome family dog or companion dog. He is crate-trained & housebroken. He loves to go for walks & has nice house manners. |
Libby is a very sweet girl who lost her home because her owners were having children. Libby likes to be patted, loves walks, she is up to date on vaccinations, is spayed and housetrained. Libby is also crate trained and will go lie down in her crate when she is tired. She loves to hang out and be loved. Libby would prefer to be the only dog in the house but does well with quieter dogs that do not try to dominate her or get in her face. She is good around children (lived with a 2 year old previously).
Libby is hypothyroid and will need medication (NOT expensive about $8-10/month) for the rest of her life.

 Simon is a 9 month old, 65#, neutered Shepherd/Chow mix. He has lived in a home with children, other dogs, cats, chickens, & livestock since he was a little puppy. He's social with everyone he meets -- people or animals, although he may be too eager in his play with cats. |
 This is Holly. I rescued her and her 9 two day old babies from being put to death. Holly is approx 2 yrs old, and was a very good mom. She does not trust people very easily; particularly men. She loves to be brushed and to be around people.
She barks a little but only when people are close to the yard. Please help me find a home for Holly, the abandoned dog. :(
