Rikki is a darling Smooth coat border collie. Rikki is approx. one year old, 17" at the shoulder and 20 pounds. He is a very smart, friendly boy and would be an excellent candidate for agility or fly-ball.

"Chelsea"
Chelsea: (Retriever mix????) 9 months old, apx. 19" at shoulder, 50#. Great with kids, other dogs and cats, but eats chickens. (FYI not housetrained...sometimes jumps a 4' fence) Really a cutie pie...nice disposition.

"No Name"






Red Heeler: About 9 months old, apx. 20" at shoulder, 45#, great with kids, dogs and cats. Very calm nature for a heeler, beautiful dog, smart and willing to learn.

"Mugsley"

Mugsley: What do you think this guy is? Maybe Eski mix? Or Husky mix? His coat is very thick...but not real long. This little guy has spent his whole life on a chain. He's about 5 years old, pretty good with kids and other dogs, not good with cats. He LOVES to play with balls. Pretty good on a leash. He's a bit shy with strangers and protective of his family and territory. Not housetrained, not much training. He's probably about 14-15" at shoulder, and is a bit hefty right now...maybe 40-45#.

We'll have to evaluate this guy...his prev owner tried to make him mean...but he's never bitten anyone.

"Slick"

Slick is a pure bred Jack Russell Terrier, about 3 years old. She has one spot of color on the top of her head and one on her hip. Potential adopters must be familiar with the breed and the energy level of the breed.

Slick has the cutest personality and is very sweet. She is fine with other dogs, and is learning to leave cats alone. She isn't quite housebroken yet, but is working on it, and is also being crate trained. She is about 12" at the shoulder and apx. 15#.

"Trader"


Trader is a German Shepherd mix and as of 9/08/03 is 4 months old. He is already about 16" at the shoulder and 25#, so he is going to be a big boy. He is doing very well with house training, and is fine with other dogs and kids. He has an outgoing, friendly personality. He needs a large, fenced yard.

"Jed"


Jed is a 2 year old Black Lab. He is ok with kids and other dogs but he chases cats. He has a sweet nature and has had very basic training in hunting. He is smart and sweet and with time and attention will make a great family dog. Approximately 23" at the shoulder and 55 lbs.

"Bosco"
Bosco is a gentle giant...we think purebred Chocolate Lab, about 18 mos. old. He is a BIG boy...about 24" at the shoulder and apx. 65#. He is great with other dogs and cats, don't know about kids...but he has a very docile, sweet temperament. He knows "sit", and won't potty in his outdoor kennel, so is either housetrained, or will easily be housetrained. He needs a large, fenced yard and an active family.

"Bruno"


Bruno is a gorgeous Australian Cattle Dog Mix. Bruno is approx. 4 years old and is full grown at 25 lbs. Bruno is a little shy at first but he warms up quickly. He would make a good family dog or farm dog either one.

"Yogi"



From pound to perfect, Yogi is awsome! He is about 3 years old, 40# & apx. 18" at the shoulder--the perfect size! He is extremely mellow and calm, housetrained, very well behaved and responsive. Great with other dogs, cats, and kids! He loves to play in the sprinklers! He knows "sit", "stay", "lie down", "shake" and will beg for treats. Oh! He will also roll over! Of all the dogs she has fostered, his foster mom thinks Yogi is one of the best!!

"Bear"


Bear is a big girl with a big heart! We think she is a German Shepherd mix, 2 years old, about 23" at the shoulder and around 70#. She is very sweet and gentle, and is good with kids and other dogs. She is affectionate and responsive. She loves to go for rides and loves the company of people.
