This handsome Doberman will make a wonderful family companion. He has an extremely outgoing personality and is very affectionate and loving. He was rescued from a backyard where he was left tied outside. His owner had abandoned him without leaving water or food. This poor Doberkid was only 47 lbs. when he was rescued. The skin on the edges of his ears is completed eaten up by fly bites. He's extremely thin and emaciated now, but should mature out to be 80 to 85 pound mature adult. He is the typical "velcro-Doberman" - wants to be wherever his humans are. He's pretty easy going, and does well with other dogs. He's very good while riding in the car — jumps in when asked and then curls up and goes to sleep.
He desperately needs someone who will make him his "pal." Now that he's in rescue, he's ready to become part of a loving family which will love and care for him the rest of his life. He was named "Jackpot" by one of valued volunteers who thought this Doberboy certainly hit the "jackpot" when he found his way to us!!

Sam is a handsome guy with a dark brown face and blonde/strawberry body. He's medium sized and light on his feet, with medium length fur that will shed some as it gets warmer. Sam has quiet, knowing eyes that reveal his faithful nature.
Sam isn't overwhelmingly generous with his kisses, but when he does kiss, it's very neat - rather than sloppy and drooly like some of our friends. He will patiently wait tied to a pole while you're in the store - no ruckus from this guy! If you need him to hang out for awhile, he'll plop down and nap. Give him a bone, all the better. He's a low maintenance guy ready to be your companion! Sam is currently in boarding at great expense to Home at Last. If you cannot adopt, please call us if you could foster him for a few weeks while we find him a permanent home.

Elvis a gorgeous sweet purebred cocker spaniel. He is approximately 9 months old, and has a great temperament. He does well with both dogs & kids. He has good drive & would make an excellent agility or obedience dog.

Oscar is crate trained but does enjoy being a lap dog. He will come up to seated strangers and rest his head on their laps. He would enjoy snuggling up with his humans to watch TV or take a nap.
